Most break-ins and most fires are not discovered at the moment they begin. They are discovered afterwards — by whoever arrives first. The gap between those two moments is where nearly all of the loss happens, and closing it is the only thing this company does. A siren that nobody hears has closed nothing.
A system starts with the hub, the Hub 2 Plus at the centre. Every detector in the building talks to it over its own radio protocol rather than over your Wi-Fi, so a cut internet line or a jammed router does not blind the property. The hub keeps its own battery and a mobile connection alongside the wired one, which is what lets it keep reporting when the power goes out.
Around it sit the detectors. MotionProtect watches a room and ignores a pet moving through it. DoorProtect watches a door or a window and knows the difference between an opening and a knock. GlassProtect listens for the frequency signature of breaking glass. FireProtect 2 RB does not wait for flames — it reacts to smoke, and to a room heating faster than a room should.
What separates a monitored system from an alarm box is what happens in the next sixty seconds. The signal reaches our centre, someone verifies it — that is the step that removes false alarms — and then the right people are called: you, the person you nominate, civil defence, or the nearest patrol. That is the part that runs 24/7 and never closes.
For fire we go further than detection. MAUS suppression stops a small fire while it is still small, using potassium smoke that leaves no residue on what it saves. It carries CE marking and RINA certification, and we are its agent here.
We install for banks, ministries, hospitals, plants and shops, and we keep maintaining what we install — a system nobody services stops being a system. Every device we deploy carries a one-year replacement warranty and periodic inspection, and every one of them is documented: pick any device on the Devices and its full Arabic spec sheet opens.
